What's in the box:
- NOBOROKKA Step Units — 6 pcs
- Metal Fixing Stakes (rust-resistant) — 12 pcs
Works great for:
Backyard slopes · Private paths · Orchards · BBQ areas · Cabins & cottages · Hiking trails · Muddy or leaf-covered slopes · Free-range poultry farms · Work walkways on natural terrain
- Clear the area with a rake so each step unit can sit flat. Remove weeds if necessary.
- Place each unit where your feet would naturally land. A spacing of about 15.5 inches (40 cm) is recommended. For steeper slopes, narrow the spacing for better stability.
- Drive the stakes firmly into the ground to secure each unit.
- Step on each unit to test. If any stakes loosen or lift, drive them down further until fully secure.
💡 Tip: Use the included stakes as a quick measuring guide for consistent spacing.

What slopes is NOBOROKKA NOT suitable for?
NOBOROKKA requires stakes to be driven firmly into the ground. It is not suitable for bedrock or solid rock, loose sand, unstable embankments, or near-vertical surfaces. It is also not intended as a permanent staircase subject to local building codes. If you're unsure, we recommend our free Fit Check service before ordering.
How many kits do I need?
One 6-step kit covers approximately 6 footholds. The number of kits you need depends on the length and steepness of your slope. A recommended foothold spacing of about 15.5 inches (40 cm) is a good starting point. Send us photos via our free Fit Check and we'll help you estimate the right quantity.
Can I remove or adjust the steps later?
Yes. Because NOBOROKKA is stake-fixed with no concrete or permanent anchoring, individual units can be removed, repositioned, or added to at any time. This makes it ideal for seasonal use or locations where ground conditions may change.
What is the free Fit Check service?
Before you order, you can send us photos or a short video of your slope. We'll evaluate whether NOBOROKKA is a good fit for your specific terrain — including soil condition, slope angle, and the number of kits you'll likely need. This helps prevent installation issues or unnecessary returns.
Does it ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
