Refund Policy

NOBOROKKA products are designed for outdoor installation and are relatively heavy.
Because of this, returns can be costly and are not always environmentally responsible.

We strongly recommend completing our FAQ review and Fit Check before purchasing to ensure the product is suitable for your location.

 

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and not installed

• The product may be opened for indoor inspection only

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

 

Return Shipping

To maintain fair pricing for all customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that due to the size and weight of the product, return shipping fees may be significant.

 

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Products that have been installed or used outdoors

• Products damaged due to improper use or installation

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will make it right.
