5 Outstanding Benefits of NOBOROKKA

Designed for coexistence with the natural environment, it allows for the easy creation of stairs on slopes. Please install the steps with an interval of approximately 40 cm, taking into account the length of the stakes (32 cm). On steep slopes, you can reduce the interval to make it easier to walk.

The unique waveform-shaped stoppers have been designed to allow unobstructed foot placement when ascending and provide enhanced grip on various slope angles when descending. This design ensures safe and secure ascending and descending on unstable and hazardous slopes.

Horizontal connections, allowing for the movement of people side by side, are now achievable with a simple bolt attachment (PCT patent pending). This feature is ideal for promenades and walks, and it can extend the width from 50cm to 1m. When making horizontal connections, it is essential to properly level the ground where NOBOROKKA’s contact surface will be, ensuring there are no raised areas. Avoid connecting more than two units together.

When creating stairs within natural surroundings, we have incorporated a wood-grain design, taking landscape aesthetics into consideration. We utilize 100% recycled materials, with some of it being bamboo plastic to address the issue of abandoned bamboo forests and demonstrate environmental awareness.

Conventional designs often required adjustments such as burying the bottom of the stairs or adding soil to prevent instability, especially on steep slopes, particularly when descending. Furthermore, it was recommended to use different solutions for steep and moderate slopes. However, with NOBOROKKA, you can achieve stability on both steep and moderate slopes using just one product.

Installation

Lightly level the ground
Please lebel the installation site using tools such as a rake.

Line up the steps
Please arrange the footplates at approximately 40cm interbals.

Drive in stakes
Hammer the metal stakes into the holes on both sides of the footplates, ensuring that the footplates are securely stable.Once this confirmed, the installation is complete.Apply presscure to the footplates to ensure it is stable.

If the ground is soft, stepping on the footpletes may cause it to sink, and the metal stakes might become slightly elevated. In such cases, after applying firm pressure to the footplates to ensure it is securely in lpace, you should drive the stakes into the ground again. This process helps to ensure that the stakes are properly anchored, providing a stable base for whatever structure or item they are suppporting.

In pursuit of creating a sustainable society,
we are engaged in various initiatives.

We aim to make a positive impact on the environment and society through our craftsmanship! That’s why we partially use ‘bamboo plastic,’ which was inspired by our efforts to address the issue of abandoned bamboo forests. We are making a modest contribution to tackling the problem of abandoned bamboo forests.

We manufacture domestically in our local region. In comparison to our previous outsourcing, we have significantly reduced carbon emissions related to transportation.
By contributing to local employment, we believe we can contribute to the sustainable development of our community, fostering a place where people can continue to live.
